Dear Parents,  

        As I write this letter, I am getting a little sad! (Maybe it is because I did not get home from the airport until 1:00am!) This has been a wonderful class and I will truly miss each and every one of the children. It has been great working with all of you  as well! Thanks for all of your support and kindness!         

        Our Summer Birthday Celebration was very nice. Thanks again to Mrs. Sullivan for organizing it and for all the parents who sent things in for the party!

        Madison Dorn and her Mom would like to treat the class to a pizza lunch tomorrow (Tuesday). So, if your child would like to have pizza tomorrow, then they will not need to bring a lunch. They will still need their snack, however! Thanks so much to Madison and her Mom!

       Do not forget to order your Summer Math book. You may do this at    www.summerskills.com/mathdetail.htm. This is required and will need to be turned in to the 2nd grade teachers in the Fall.
